Responsibilities

As a Functional Application Manager, you will be a key link between business and IT within a small, autonomous team of three. Your primary focus will be on the continuous development, optimization, and maintenance of the organization's systems and applications. You will regularly engage in process optimization and the setup of internal systems, working closely with process owners, Product Owners, and the IT department. This role offers substantial responsibility and freedom to express your vision and contribute to the implementation of new applications and systems.

• Contribute to the ongoing development of applications.
• Maintain the organization's applications and data.
• Drive process optimization and advise the business.
• Manage stakeholders and collaborate with business units.
• Participate in projects related to the implementation of new systems.

Requirements

• HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level.
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a similar role.
• Experience with optimizing business processes, preferably in an Agile environment.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
