About the Position

Our client, a progressive cryptocurrency specialist, is looking for a Functional Application Manager to manage, optimize, and innovate their application landscape, providing an intuitive and secure environment for crypto investors.

Responsibilities

Manage applications, including a CRM system, KYC/AML suite, data warehouse, and various internal tools.
Translate user requirements into functional specifications.
Test new functionalities and releases.
Document application processes and manuals.
Guide and support users with application-related questions and problems.
Proactively advise on improvements and optimizations for applications and processes.
Monitor data quality and integrity.
Contribute to projects aimed at improving business operations.
Participate in the implementation of new applications and systems.

Requirements

HBO (higher professional education) work and thinking level.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience as a functional application manager, preferably in a dynamic and/or technical environment.
Demonstrable experience and knowledge of application management processes and methodologies.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365, etc.
Excellent communication and social skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proactive attitude and hands-on mentality.
Full-time (40 hours) availability.
Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
