About the Position

Introduction

Our team, composed of under 12 experienced Web3 professionals from large VC-backed projects, is seeking a talented Fullstack Web3 Developer to join our in-person office in Miami. We are looking for a developer adept at both front-end and back-end development to help us build and iterate quickly.

Responsibilities

Create and modify APIs utilizing indexers, NestJS, Postgres, and MongoDB.
Implement pixel-perfect front-end designs from Figma mockups.
Contribute to the user feedback process and product development iterations.
Collaborate closely with our development team to ensure rapid shipping.

Requirements

Proven experience delivering production dApps using at least two of the following technologies: NestJS, NextJS, Svelte, and Solidity.
Ability to move quickly, prioritizing shipping and iteration over perfectionism.
Strong contextual understanding, capable of asking pertinent questions and filling in gaps with minimal oversight.
A professional, friendly, and autonomous team player who is open to constructive feedback.
Product and user-minded, actively participating in community chats and iterating based on feedback.
