Fullstack PHP Developer

Introduction

Are you passionate about building platform logic rather than just isolated features? We're looking for a Fullstack PHP Developer to join a young, energetic team of about 8 people, split between back-end and front-end specialists. This isn't a standard PHP role where you just clear tickets; here, you'll be building the core of a mature digital platform with millions of users annually, where structure, logic, compliance, and data are paramount.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) implementation to ensure platform accessibility for all users.
• Enhance platform intelligence through the implementation of new data capture methods and analytics (CRO).
• Play a crucial role in the platform's development, from architecture to implementation.
• Work closely with the CTO on architectural decisions and be given autonomy to grow.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of PHP experience, with a focus on platform development.
• Experience with Laravel (or Symfony).
• Knowledge of MySQL/PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Vue.js (or React).
• Experience with AWS (or Azure/Google Cloud).
• Hands-on, communicative, and a true team player.
• Proactive and engaged in the future development of the platform.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of WCAG.

• Salary between €4,000 and €5,500 per month (based on a 40-hour work week).
