What you will be doing:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable software solutions for Welbo’s robots, covering both front-end and back-end functionalities.
• Collaborate closely with AI/robotics engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate complex requirements into intuitive and efficient applications.
• Implement user interfaces that enable seamless human-robot interaction, utilizing modern web frameworks.
• Develop and integrate backend services, APIs, and databases to support robot functionalities and data management.
• Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Participate in code reviews, share knowledge, and mentor junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Actively research and evaluate new technologies to enhance the capabilities and performance of our robotic systems.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Fullstack Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
• Proficiency in modern web development technologies, including Vue.js (or similar frameworks like React/Angular) for front-end development.
• Expertise in Python for backend development, including experience with frameworks such as Django or FastAPI.
• Solid understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and API design principles.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with Git and agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating high-quality code.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
• Basic understanding of robotics, AI, or machine learning concepts is a plus.
