Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable full-stack applications using Python for backend logic and Go for high-performance components.
• Build and integrate AI agents focusing on customer service automation.
• Implement and optimize machine learning models within the platform.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and ensure the scalability and reliability of our systems.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and other engineering teams.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and foster a culture of technical excellence.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer with strong proficiency in Python and Go.
• Experience with building and deploying AI agents or machine learning-powered applications.
• Solid understanding of backend development, API design, and database management.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, React, Vue, Angular).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
