Fullstack Developer (Backend & Integrations Focus)

Introduction

This role is for developers who make systems communicate by building, not by clicking blocks. You will develop custom integrations, API connections, and technical workflows in JavaScript and TypeScript, with a direct impact on client processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain a robust and scalable integration framework.
• Build custom integrations and API connections using JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Optimize existing integrations for performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
• Write comprehensive documentation for all developed integrations and APIs.
• Participate in code reviews and uphold high code quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug integration issues, providing timely resolutions.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to APIs and integrations.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Extensive experience with API design, development, and integration.
• Proven track record in building and maintaining backend systems.
• Familiarity with various data formats (e.g., JSON, XML).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).

Nice to Have

• Experience with a specific integration platform as a service (iPaaS).
• Knowledge of blockchain or cryptocurrency-related APIs.
