Deloitte US is seeking a talented and experienced Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our ConvergeCONSUMER team as a Senior Consultant within our Innovation, Delivery, and Transformation practice. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and contribute to the evolution of consumer-focused solutions, potentially leveraging blockchain and Web3 technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable full-stack applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and maintenance.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices, including Web3 and blockchain.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in front-end and back-end development technologies.
• Experience with architectural design and complex system development.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with blockchain technologies, cryptocurrencies, or Web3 development.
• Familiarity with smart contract development or decentralized application (dApp) frameworks.
• Prior consulting experience.
