Full Stack Engineer

Introduction

Binance is seeking a forward-thinking Full Stack Engineer to join their Tech Compliance team in Italy. This role is at the forefront of AI-augmented development, focusing on building high-scale compliance systems and agentic flows from scratch. You will be responsible for bridging complex regulatory requirements with elegant technical solutions, helping maintain the security and trust of the world's leading crypto exchange.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy polished, responsive frontend interfaces using React and Vue.
• Develop resilient microservices for the backend powered by Java and Spring Cloud.
• Implement high-performance data systems utilizing both SQL and NoSQL architectures.
• Leverage AI tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and Claude Code to enhance productivity.
• Take end-to-end ownership of features impacting over 300 million users within a global team.
• Focus on high-level logic and system design, utilizing AI for implementation.
• Contribute to defining the next generation of financial software in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Fluency in Mandarin and English.
• Bachelor's degree or postgraduate degree.
• Proficiency in React and Vue for frontend development.
• Strong skills in Java and Spring Cloud for backend microservices.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-augmented development tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and Claude Code.
• Understanding of Web3 and blockchain technologies.
