About the Position

Introduction

Decentralized Masters is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join their rapidly growing team. The company is at the forefront of DeFi education, expanding rapidly, and embarking on a new venture to build a comprehensive crypto estate planning and non-custodial wallet. This role focuses on developing end-to-end features, with a strong emphasis on frontend infrastructure, and integrating blockchain functionality.

Responsibilities

Architecture & Development: Develop robust APIs, server-side logic, and database schemas. Implement secure systems for authentication, encryption, and potentially private key management.
Frontend Integration: Contribute to the development of sleek, responsive UIs using React and integrate backend services into the frontend stack. Build reusable components and ensure pixel-perfect implementation from design mockups.
Web3 Implementation: Integrate blockchain functionality using libraries like Ethers.js, Viem, Wagmi. Support smart account and wallet functionality, including gasless transactions and smart contract interaction.
DevOps & Testing: Write unit/integration tests and optimize app performance. Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines and deploy across cloud platforms.
Collaboration & Strategy: Partner closely with other teams to align features with business needs. Provide input into technical architecture and roadmap planning.

Requirements

Experience: 3–5+ years in a React-heavy full stack development role. Proven experience building React apps following best practices. Experience with front-end technologies (React, Tailwind/Figma handoff).
Education: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred, but real-world experience and a strong portfolio are highly valued.
Skills:
- Back-End: Node.js, Express, PostgreSQL, REST, APIs.
- Front-End: React, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, Figma (for UI/UX handoff).
- Tools & Systems: Git, CI/CD, AWS.
- Soft Skills: Proactive mindset, clear communicator, ownership mentality, eagerness to build something world-class from scratch.

Nice to Have

Exposure to or interest in Web3, wallets, passkeys, account abstraction technology, and smart contract integration.
Experience with PostgreSQL, or cloud platforms (AWS, etc.).
