About the Position

Introduction

CovalTech SRL, a Belgian development agency, is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer. We specialize in building robust technical products, including web applications, SaaS platforms, APIs, backend infrastructure, smart contracts, wallets, and cross-chain bridges. We pride ourselves on a direct approach, where our founders are deeply involved in scoping, building, and deploying solutions for our clients. We have significant blockchain expertise, notably contributing to the Juneo ecosystem, an Avalanche-based Layer 1 fork.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web applications, SaaS platforms, and APIs.
Design and implement backend infrastructure.
Build and audit smart contracts, wallets, and cross-chain bridges.
Contribute to and manage open-source projects.
Work directly with clients to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Manage technical specifications and architectural decisions.
Coordinate projects from conception to deployment.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in full stack development.
Proficiency in TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Go, Solidity, PostgreSQL, and Docker.
Strong understanding of blockchain concepts and development.
Experience with decentralized technologies and ecosystems (e.g., Avalanche).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

Experience with specific blockchain protocols like JuneoGo and JuneoJS.
Background in developing blockchain fund traceability tools or legal AI SaaS platforms.
