Frontend Software Engineer (Product team)

We are looking for an experienced Frontend Software Engineer to join our Product teams in the Netherlands. You will help build and improve our core Channable tools while creating engaging and user-friendly web applications in close collaboration with UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers.

As a Frontend Software Engineer at Channable, you will:

Build and maintain various components of Channable’s product using React and TypeScript. Ensure the applications and components you develop are secure, clean, maintainable, scalable, and tested, including writing unit and integration tests. Work closely with other Frontend, Backend and UX Engineers to create engaging and intuitive user interfaces. Participate in code reviews, sharing knowledge and helping the team to improve constantly. Contribute to the team’s overall success through agile development practices, active problem-solving, and continuous improvement mind-set. Who are you?

You have at least 3 years of experience as a Frontend Software Engineer building complex web applications. Experienced in using modern JavaScript frameworks (preferably React, with knowledge of Hooks). Proficient in TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies. Knowledgeable in building responsive web UIs, and ideally also in developing and structuring reusable components and component libraries. You prefer working with a diverse team of other talented engineers, UX designers and product managers dedicated to solving user problems. You have strong verbal and written English communication skills. Mentioning if you hold a valid work permit to work in the Netherlands in your application is highly appreciated. What do we offer?

Gross monthly salary ranging from € 3.900 to € 5.400 based on a 40-hour work week. This salary range reflects our career framework.
