About the Binance Accelerator Program

The Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a focused, fixed-term initiative designed for early-career talent to gain immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. Participants will have the opportunity to experience life at Binance and gain insight into the operations behind the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem. The program also emphasizes networking and professional development, helping to expand your professional connections and build transferable skills essential for career advancement. Who may apply: Current university students and recent graduates.

Responsibilities

Assist in the development and maintenance of our products, utilizing a frontend tech stack including TypeScript, React, and NodeJS.
Collaborate closely with product and local teams to ensure the seamless implementation of new features and user interfaces.
Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., security, IT, infrastructure) to identify and resolve various technical issues.
Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

Participate in the development and maintenance of frontend products using diverse technologies.
Collaborate closely with product and local teams to implement new features and user interfaces smoothly.
Work with cross-functional teams (security, IT, infrastructure, etc.) to identify and resolve issues.
Continuously learn and stay updated with the latest frontend technologies, tools, and best practices.

Nice to Have

Passionate about frontend development; open to any tech stack (no strict limitation).
Proficient in at least one frontend technology or framework (e.g., React, Vue, Angular) or willing to learn quickly.
Skilled in using AI tools to assist and enhance development processes.
Strong learning ability, proactive attitude, and good communication and teamwork skills.
Able to leverage AI tools and technologies to improve development efficiency and innovation.
Available for 5 days per week, minimum 3 months; 6+ months preferred.
