Introduction

As a front-end software developer at Sopra Steria, you will be actively involved in translating client requirements into technical solutions. You will help clients with issues related to performance, usability, and accessibility, utilizing your expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and frameworks like Angular and React.

Responsibilities

• Translate client requirements into technical solutions.
• Address client questions regarding performance, usability, and accessibility.
• Design, test, and develop applications using modern front-end technologies.
• Continuously seek ways to improve your skills and take responsibility for your growth.
• Actively participate in a close-knit community of JavaScript specialists within Sopra Steria JSRoots Noord.

Requirements

• Completed HBO or university education in a technical field.
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch, with fluent communication skills.
• Expert in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Less, and Sass.
• Experience with one or more frameworks such as Angular, React.js, or Node.js.
• Analytical mindset to comprehend complex problems.
• Strong communication skills, enabling you to be a sought-after sparring partner for colleagues and clients.
• A passion for pushing the boundaries in digital transformation and technology consulting.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
