Introduction

Matchpool is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Freelance QA Tester with a strong background in the crypto and blockchain space. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our applications, working closely with our development and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test cases and execute manual testing procedures.
• Create detailed logs to document testing phases, anomalies, and defects.
• Define, record, and report bugs and other application errors efficiently.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues and identifying root causes.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers to ensure quality throughout the entire development lifecycle, including pre-release and post-release stages.
• Drive testing initiatives across all project phases, including functional testing, integration testing, and production release validation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience as a QA Tester.
• Significant experience with blockchain and cryptocurrency applications.
• Strong understanding of user personas and user experience principles.
• Ability to execute thorough front-end functionality testing.
• Capability for back-end and web API testing.
• Proficiency in documenting and troubleshooting errors.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with automated testing tools.
• Familiarity with various blockchain protocols.
