We are seeking an experienced freelance developer to integrate Cardano blockchain functionalities into our existing PHP/MySQL application. The ideal candidate will be proficient in setting up Cardano nodes and implementing RPC communication, enabling our platform to handle Cardano transactions similarly to our current Bitcoin and Ethereum integrations.

Responsibilities

Set up a Cardano node on a Linux Ubuntu server.
Establish RPC communication between the Cardano node (on Ubuntu) and our PHP web host.
Integrate functionalities within our PHP/MySQL application for:
- Generating Cardano deposit addresses.
- Detecting incoming Cardano transactions.
- Identifying confirmed Cardano transactions.
- Sending Cardano transactions to clients.
Ensure the integration supports Cardano native tokens and all tokens on the Cardano blockchain.
Collaborate with our team to seamlessly integrate new functionalities into the existing PHP/MySQL codebase, which currently supports Bitcoin, Ethereum, and ERC-20 tokens.

Requirements

Proven experience with Cardano node setup and operation.
Strong understanding of RPC communication protocols.
Expertise in PHP and MySQL database integration.
Demonstrable experience with blockchain integration, including generating addresses, detecting transactions, and sending transactions.
Ability to provide a portfolio or showcase existing applications that demonstrate experience with similar functionalities.
Proficiency with Linux environments, specifically Ubuntu.
