Introduction

As a Forward Deployed AI Engineer, you will architect an intelligent operating system to automate manual processes across various business units like Finance and Legal. This role involves building production-grade AI agents and automated workflows that transform company operations. You will own the entire process from identifying business challenges to deploying scalable, reliable AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Architect intelligent operating systems to automate manual processes.
• Build production-grade AI agents and automated workflows.
• Own the full lifecycle from problem identification to shipping scalable AI solutions.
• Leverage AI tools for rapid prototyping and development.
• Utilize LLM orchestration, RAG patterns, and vector stores.
• Conduct rapid prototyping with Claude, Replit, and Vercel.
• Ensure operational rigor by owning CI/CD, observability, and evaluation frameworks for AI agents.
• Work directly with stakeholders to solve high-impact problems.

Requirements

• Expertise in Python and TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of AI infrastructure, including LLM orchestration, RAG patterns, and vector stores.
• Experience with rapid prototyping using tools like Claude, Replit, and Vercel.
• Proficiency in CI/CD, observability, and evaluation frameworks for AI agents.
• Ability to design and implement scalable, reliable AI solutions.
• Located in the United States or willing to work remotely from there.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Fintech or Insurance industries.
• Knowledge of Enterprise AI and Orchestration Frameworks.
