    About the Position

    Introduction

    Do you know AFAS software inside and out? Are you ready for a new challenge where you actively support clients, build lasting relationships, brainstorm their processes, and help them leverage AFAS Profit even more effectively? As a First Class Specialist, you will be the dedicated point of contact for a select group of strategic clients who use our software extensively and have high expectations for our services. If you thrive on deep dives into content, taking responsibility, fostering partnerships, and getting to know your clients better, then this role is for you.

    Responsibilities

    • Proactively advise clients on the successful implementation and utilization of AFAS Profit.
    • Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss tickets, product development requests, releases, projects, and significant developments.
    • Connect clients with the appropriate AFAS colleagues, such as support, consultancy, or product development.
    • Provide advice on setup issues, even those outside your direct specialization.
    • Visit clients on-site to gain a deeper understanding of their processes and practical needs.
    • Contribute to events like Succestival, AFAS Open, and other client gatherings.
    • Efficiently handle incidents during emergency services, collaborating with colleagues when necessary.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of one year's work experience with AFAS software (e.g., as a key-user, administrator, consultant, or in a support role).
    • Enjoy building and maintaining intensive client relationships.
    • Proactively engage with clients and confidently offer advice.
    • Thrive on freedom, responsibility, and managing your own work schedule.
    • Communicate effectively with various organizations, administrators, and colleagues.
    • Look beyond your own specialization and enjoy delving into different industries and client processes.
    • Committed to a long-term relationship with your clients and the First Class team.
    • Possess an HBO or WO (higher professional education or academic) level of thinking and working.
    • Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
