Introduction

As a Financial Administrative Employee, you will ensure the correct and complete processing of all payments, invoices, and financial data. You work accurately, maintain an overview, and support the Finance team in daily administration. You will be a crucial link in the financial operations, contributing to smooth and efficient business processes within a dynamic and growing international organization. This company is a major player in energy and data centers, currently located in Enschede and moving to an energy-neutral campus in Hengelo in Q3 2026.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for processing purchase and sales invoices.
• Creditor management.
• Debtor management.
• Supporting the preparation of financial reports.
• Checking bank transactions and reconciling balances.
• Assisting with the preparation of month-end and year-end closings.
• Proactively contributing ideas for optimizing financial processes.

Requirements

• HBO (higher professional education) level of thinking and working in a financial field.
• Experience in a similar position is a plus.
• You are accurate and have an eye for detail.
• Good communicative skills.
• Proficient in both Dutch and English, written and spoken.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
