Introduction

Are you skilled at identifying talent and passionate about guiding Tech Professionals in their careers? Do you combine a people-oriented approach with commercial insight and enjoy building lasting relationships? Then the Fieldmanager Tech position at Experis is for you.

As a Fieldmanager, you will mentor your own group of Tech Professionals throughout their careers at Experis. You will be their primary point of contact, conduct development, performance, and evaluation interviews, and help them take the next step in their careers.

Your role is a varied combination of coaching, HR, relationship management, and administration. You will regularly visit your professionals on-site, be involved in the onboarding of new colleagues, and ensure that HR processes and administration are meticulously maintained. This includes interview reports, development plans, absenteeism guidance, and personnel files. This combination makes your work versatile and important. You will collaborate daily with Recruitment, Sales, and your colleagues to provide the best experience for our Tech Professionals.

Responsibilities

• Guide and coach Tech Professionals throughout their careers.
• Conduct development, performance, and evaluation interviews.
• Advise on training and career advancement opportunities.
• Provide guidance during absenteeism processes.
• Participate in the selection of new Tech Professionals.
• Ensure accurate HR administration.
• Liaise with Recruitment, Sales, and clients.

Requirements

You have at least two years of experience in Recruitment, HR, or employment mediation and enjoy guiding people in their development. You are empathetic, a strong communicator, and can bring structure to your work.

Since our Tech Professionals work for clients throughout the Netherlands, you are flexible when it comes to travel. Your work area is primarily between Central and Northern Netherlands. You enjoy being on the road regularly and believe that personal contact makes a difference.

In addition, you possess:

• HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level.
• At least two years of relevant work experience within HR, Recruitment, or employment mediation.
• Experience with HR and development discussions.
• A service-oriented, proactive attitude.
• Persuasiveness and organizational sensitivity.
• Affinity with Tech is a plus.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).

• Starting salary between €3,400 and €4,200 gross per month, depending on your experience (based on 40 hours per week).
