ERP Security / SoD Specialist (BaaN IV)

Introduction

We are looking for an experienced ERP Security / Segregation of Duties (SoD) Specialist for an international organization operating in a technically complex environment. You will analyze and resolve SoD conflicts and ensure that roles, authorizations, and access rights are configured pragmatically and sustainably.

Responsibilities

• Analyze identified SoD conflicts and assess associated business and compliance risks.
• Develop pragmatic and sustainable solutions for SoD and authorization issues.
• Formulate clear recommendations and remediation plans for the ERP team.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and ERP specialists to effectively resolve conflicts.
• Evaluate and optimize roles, access rights, and authorization structures within BaaN IV.
• Communicate proposed changes in roles and authorizations to relevant users and stakeholders.
• Document analyses, recommendations, and implemented control measures.

Requirements

• Demonstrable extensive experience with Segregation of Duties analysis and remediation.
• In-depth knowledge of BaaN IV ERP security, roles, and authorizations.
• Experience in identifying, assessing, and resolving SoD conflicts within complex ERP environments.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with stakeholder management and collaboration between IT and business.
• Ability to work independently and manage a project from analysis to implementation support.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).

Preferred:

• Experience within an international or highly regulated environment.
• Short-term availability.

Benefits

• Contract duration: 3 to 6 months.
• Engagement: preferably full-time or substantial part-time.
• Maximum rate: €105 per hour.
• Freelance (ZZP) engagement is possible.
• Work location: onsite/hybrid, exact details to be agreed upon.
