About the Position

Responsibilities

Lead a highly efficient, motivated, engaged, and productive team of software engineers.
Coach engineers for growth and performance aligned with the engineering career framework.
Ensure the right technical solutions, quality, and maintainability for your team.
Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Collaborate with various teams across our growing global R&D centers in a DevOps culture to deliver high-quality products.
Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of a highly effective team.
Be willing to get your hands dirty and be involved in technical details where needed.

Requirements

Experience building and growing high-performing engineering teams.
Experience with a variety of programming languages (e.g., C#, Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Go).
Knowledge of data processing tools & technologies (e.g., Flink, Kafka, AWS Kinesis, Debezium, Spark Structured Streaming).
Knowledge of ETL concepts.
Passionate about continuous delivery, innovation, and quality.
Experienced with agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban preferred).
Focused on customer success.

Nice to Have

Experience with Docker containers and Kubernetes.
Experience with AWS.
