Introduction

Are you a practical IT professional who thrives in a dynamic environment? In this role, you will work on domotics and healthcare systems that enhance the daily functioning of hospitals and care institutions. You will support implementations, manage complex systems, and contribute to innovations within an integrated care platform. With your expertise, you will help make processes more efficient and ensure technology seamlessly integrates with healthcare practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage domotics and healthcare systems within care institutions, including core platform applications.
• Support implementations and new projects at client sites.
• Proactive management of client environments, including incident and change management.
• Translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with colleagues in management and project teams, both internally and on-site with clients.
• Identify areas for improvement and propose practical solutions to make systems more stable and user-friendly.
• Document work processes and train users where necessary.

Requirements

• Practical, hands-on mindset, preferably with a background in IT or technology.
• Experience with managing IT environments, preferably in healthcare.
• Willingness to learn a complex healthcare platform; experience with similar systems or Mobotix is a plus.
• Knowledge of IT networks, especially IP.
• Independent and proactive, but also willing to support colleagues.
• Social, team-oriented, and flexible, including willingness to work on-site with clients.
• Eye for quality and safety, and a structured work approach.
• Willingness to continuously learn and quickly master new technologies.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
