PicoLink is an innovative startup focused on expanding the blockchain landscape. We are building a suite of DeFi products like PicoToken, Pico Wallet, Pico Swap, and PicoChain, striving to introduce never-before-seen features and adapt to the next generation of decentralized finance.

Introduction

PicoLink is a startup expanding into the blockchain space with multiple products, including PicoToken, Pico Wallet, Pico Swap, and PicoChain. We are developing revolutionary features for DeFi Wallets and are seeking a dedicated Director of Technology to manage our technological needs and contribute to our rapidly evolving ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Find and recruit talent to expand the development team.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to deliver a high-quality, user-loved product experience.
• Gain familiarity with Web3 security, vulnerability disclosure, bug bounties, hacker community and culture, vulnerability management, and other related domain areas.
• Define and execute the product roadmap for your domain, ensuring alignment with the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Analyze the competitive landscape to identify market trends, underserved customer needs, and new opportunities.
• Lead full-stack and blockchain back-end development initiatives.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments.
• Address and resolve issues that arise during project development.
• Maintain focus on achieving goals and keep the team on track for successful progress.
• Measure project performance and productivity to identify areas for improvement.
• Forecast and manage resources effectively and efficiently.
• Provide project updates on strategy, adjustments, and progress to stakeholders.
• Document, refine, and improve current processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a relevant role is highly recommended.
• Strong background in Full-stack and blockchain (Back-End Development).
• Familiarity with Web3 security principles and practices.
• Ability to recruit, lead, and manage engineering teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Solidity.
• Knowledge of AWS.
• Familiarity with blockchain indexing.
