Figma is a company that builds products. We are looking for a Director of Product, Integrations to join our team. This role will be responsible for defining and driving the strategy for how Figma integrates with other products and services. You will lead a team of product managers and work closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional experience for our users.

As a Director of Product, Integrations, you will:

• Define and drive the strategy for how Figma integrates with other products and services.
• Lead a team of product managers, providing mentorship and guidance.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional experience for our users.
• Conduct market research, user research, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives.
• Communicate product strategy and updates to stakeholders across the organization.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
