Introduction

Are you a seasoned Project Manager passionate about leading technical software projects for diverse, international clients? Digital Impact, a fast-growing digital agency, is looking for a Digital Project Manager to be the crucial link between clients and their dynamic team of developers, designers, and consultants. You'll ensure projects run smoothly from planning to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage digital projects, taking full responsibility for the delivery of websites and applications.
• Plan projects, coordinate resources, and monitor scope and deadlines.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and the internal team.
• Effectively switch between multiple projects and manage various internal and external stakeholders.
• Utilize the Scrum methodology in project execution.
• Report directly to the Head of Operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the digital sector (e.g., digital agency, software company, media agency).
• Experience with software development (websites, apps, platforms).
• Affinity for technical challenges and complex projects.
• Proactive, strong communicator, stress-resistant, and structured.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Excellent command of both Dutch and English, written and spoken.
• Reside in the Amsterdam region.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
