This role involves transforming complex veterinary science into accessible, high-impact digital education for a global audience. You will lead the development of diverse formats, including microlearning, webinars, and interactive modules, ensuring they meet high accessibility standards. It is a remote-first, contractor-based position that offers the chance to influence the educational standards of veterinary professionals worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of diverse digital learning formats, including microlearning, webinars, and interactive modules.
• Ensure digital education content meets high accessibility standards.
• Use AI-assisted prompting ('vibe coding') to generate sophisticated learning scenarios and logic-heavy interactions.
• Focus on instructional design and user experience, leveraging AI for technical implementation.
• Rapidly prototype and build branching e-learning narratives using AI.
• Partner with global subject matter experts to translate technical data into visual stories.

Requirements

• Mastery of Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise.
• Experience with 'vibe coding' or AI-assisted prompting for e-learning development.
• Strong background in instructional design, e-learning modules, webinars, and microlearning.
• Knowledge of SCORM standards.
• Proficiency in project management, communication, and data analysis.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards.
• Skills in video editing, animation, and motion graphics.

Nice to Have

• Experience in content localization.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles.
• Experience with virtual workshops.
• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
