Introduction

NVIDIA, a pioneer in GPU technology and parallel computing, is seeking a talented DFT Engineer to join their team in Bengaluru. This role offers the opportunity to work on groundbreaking innovations in Design-for-Test (DFT) architecture, verification, and post-silicon validation for some of the industry's most complex semiconductor chips.

Responsibilities

As a DFT Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing end-to-end DFT from RTL design to Gate level scan insertion.
• Performing verification, including JTAG, boundary scan, security mechanisms, and test clocking across various test modes and multiple ATPG configurations.
• Executing silicon bring-up of Scan ATPG and other DFT features.
• Contributing to the development and deployment of DFT methodologies for next-generation products.
• Innovating to improve the quality of DFT methods.
• Collaborating with multi-functional teams to integrate DFT features into the chip design.
• Occasional travel and late-night online meetings may be required during critical project milestones.

Requirements

• BSEE or MSEE from a reputed institution or equivalent experience with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Static Timing Analysis (STA), ECO, ASIC/Logic Design Flow, HDL, and Digital Logic Design.
• Experience in RTL and Gates verification and simulation.
• Familiarity with BIST architecture and JTAG/IEEE1149.1/IEEE1500 standards.
• Strong DFT knowledge, including Scan ATPG, compression techniques, and memory test.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in scripting with Perl or Python.

Nice to Have

• Experience with advanced DFT techniques.
• Familiarity with AI/GPU architectures.
