Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from various departments within the organization.
• Configure new functionalities using Python/Ansible.
• Conduct thorough testing in your environment, with peer review.
• Provide troubleshooting and support for customer inquiries.
• Document release procedures for infrastructure changes.
• Perform vulnerability scans and penetration testing.
• Implement risk controls.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Containerize the environment using Kubernetes.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience with LinuxOS.
• At least 2 years of experience with Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD tooling.
• At least 2 years of experience in scripting with Python or Shell.
• At least 2 years of experience in configuration and orchestration with Ansible or similar tooling.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Proactive, a team player, and outspoken.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).

You will be working in a dynamic team of 5 within a large international financial organization with offices in Amsterdam. This team is dedicated to developing cloud infrastructure services for other teams within the organization. The company embraces a DevOps approach, and as a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for configuring infrastructure and resolving issues related to existing infrastructures.
