About the Position
Introduction
Cash App is seeking its first Deployment Lead for the CRM Ops team to drive company OKRs by ensuring the delivery of holistic, end-to-end multichannel campaigns. This role will be integral to leading Cash App’s overall digital presence, focusing on email and push communications, and evolving related platform technology. The CRM Ops team aims to enhance marketing capabilities and establish efficient workflows for cross-functional engagement with users.
Responsibilities
- Build, ship, troubleshoot, and understand day-to-day responsibilities at a granular level.
- Own the feedback loop with Infra & Data Ops, identifying tool needs and issues.
- Manage project resourcing and sprint processes across regions and teams.
- Mentor and lead direct reports for growth and skill development.
- Demonstrate advanced understanding of creative briefs and change logging for consistency.
- Develop and optimize processes, SLAs, and KPIs to ensure efficient, timely, and high-quality deployment.
- Manage, update, and document all process changes for scalability.
- Drive standardization and consistency across the CRM operation and maintain database integrity.
- Manage and lead multiple work streams and programs in a highly organized and transparent manner.
- Utilize data and insights to continually optimize and drive growth and performance of strategy and tactics.
- Maintain deliverable lists and distribute weekly project priority statuses to team members.
- Facilitate project presentations independently to senior stakeholders and manage cross-functional communications.
- Track project progress, develop/maintain schedules, and communicate status meticulously.
- Distill and articulate defined business strategy and proposed solutions to the project team.
- Identify risks and dependencies in cross-functional program plans and take appropriate mitigation actions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, specializing in CRM or data-driven marketing.
- At least 5 years of demonstrable experience guiding both engineering and creative teams through complex projects (interactive agency experience is helpful).
- Proven track record of flawless execution that drove performance and achieved KPIs.
- Deep understanding of the digital marketing process for flexibility and growth.
- Extremely organized and able to prioritize based on risk assessment and return on investment.
- Familiarity with digital communication platforms and technologies, with a strong emphasis on managing email and push campaigns.
- Extensive experience and knowledge of modular email templates and specs.
- Results-driven, comfortable with large data-sets, and able to identify actionable trends and insights.
- Proven track record running projects that drive results and developing processes for continuous improvement.
- Strategic and analytical thinker, strong communicator with teams and cross-functional partners, and a trusted advisor on CRM processes.
- Creative, empathetic, and strong people leader and coach to your team.
- Ability to work effectively and build positive relationships with colleagues and cross-functional teams.
