Introduction

In this role, you will work at the intersection of data engineering and analytics, directly contributing to better decision-making within an industrial environment. Responsibilities

• Processing, structuring, and analyzing raw data to create reliable datasets.
• Developing dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI / Spotfire).
• Building and optimizing data models for pricing and forecasting, among other applications.
• Actively collaborating with business stakeholders to translate data questions into solutions.
• Investigating unstructured datasets and discovering patterns and insights.
• Working in Agile/Scrum teams with sprints, stand-ups, and clear backlogs.
• Contributing to data projects focused on procurement and price optimization.

Requirements

• Minimum of HBO (higher professional education) work and thinking level.
• Approximately 3 years of experience in data analysis, data engineering, or similar roles.
• Experience with tools such as Azure SQL, Databricks, and Power BI or Spotfire.
• Experience with data processing and modeling.
• Strong communicative skills and a business-oriented mindset.
• Good command of English.
• Affinity with an industrial or technical environment.
• Experience with SAP or Angles for SAP is a plus.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
