About the Position

Introduction

Binance is seeking a highly skilled and analytical DACH Marketing Lead to drive our marketing initiatives and go-to-market strategies within the DACH region. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, data analytics, and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. The successful candidate will be a proactive, self-motivated individual with a proven track of working in dynamic, international environments.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing projects and go-to-market strategies grounded in data insights.
Collaborate closely with global and local marketing teams, as well as data analytics teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
Proactively identify gaps in business metrics and user behavior trends, establishing infrastructure to alert business leaders to emerging patterns.
Utilize advanced analytical skills to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights for marketing strategies.
Leverage deep expertise in digital marketing channels (Paid Media, SEO, Lifecycle Marketing) to optimize campaign performance and drive results.
Employ marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SimilarWeb, Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs), and social listening platforms to monitor and analyze marketing effectiveness.
Translate data findings into clear, strategic recommendations for marketing initiatives and overarching business decisions.
Lead cross-functional collaboration efforts and, where applicable, mentor junior team members to foster high performance and strategic alignment.

Requirements

Proven experience working effectively in international environments with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
Demonstrated success in business development, partnerships, or sales roles.
Strong analytical mindset with a keen ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
Deep understanding of various digital marketing channels and their associated analytics tools.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to accurately translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights.

Fluency in both English and German is mandatory.
