Customer Support Representative

Our client is a crypto/blockchain startup with an ambitious mission: to make crypto accessible to everyone! To optimally serve their growing user base, they are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to strengthen their team in Amersfoort. Responsibilities

• Answer customer questions via email, chat, and phone.
• Solve problems and advise on crypto-related matters.
• Process customer data and maintain records.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements.
• Contribute to the development of the support team and customer service.

Requirements

• Excellent command of both Dutch and English languages (spoken and written).
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role.
• Affinity with crypto and blockchain technology is a requirement.
• Problem-solving ability and a service-oriented attitude.
• Residing in (the vicinity of) Amersfoort.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
