Mercier Consultancy is seeking an Italian-Speaking Customer Service Representative for an innovative blockchain company based in Greece. This role involves providing exceptional support to Italian-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to blockchain services, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Italian across multiple communication channels (phone, email, live chat).
• Educate clients about blockchain technology, products, and features.
• Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer issues.
• Keep clients updated on new product features and services.
• Collect and report customer feedback to improve service delivery.
• Cultivate a positive team environment through effective collaboration and communication.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles, ideally in tech or blockchain.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in blockchain technology and a willingness to learn about the industry.
