About the Position

Introduction

Our client is a full-service office in Breda, specializing in financial services, including mortgages and insurance. You will join a pleasant internal service department with a team of 8 colleagues who learn from and strengthen each other. There is ample room for development and personal growth within the team.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative for Insurance, you will work with private clients. You will be the primary point of contact for questions regarding insurance and claims, advising clients and answering their inquiries. You will also provide support to advisors. Your tasks include:

Advising private clients on non-life and life insurance.
Answering customer questions via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Handling claims and mutations.
Processing administrative tasks and managing client files.
Providing support to advisors.

Requirements

Minimum of an MBO 4 diploma in Financial Management.
In possession of WFT Basis, WFT Schade Particulier, and WFT Leven certifications.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in the insurance sector.
Proactive attitude and strong communication skills.
Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
