Faculty, established in 2014, is a pioneering AI company dedicated to transforming organizations through human-centric AI. With over 350 global customers, they focus on innovating, building, and deploying responsible AI solutions across various sectors, including government, finance, retail, energy, life sciences, and defense. Faculty is looking for a Customer Director to lead their Professional Services practice, shaping go-to-market strategies and driving ambitious AI transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex AI transformation programs for major professional services firms, from strategic conception to production-grade software delivery.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with C-suite leaders and partners, providing strategic advice on AI's role in automating knowledge work and enhancing operational efficiency.
• Generate high-value growth for Faculty by crafting compelling commercial pitches and demonstrations that highlight technical depth and problem-solving capabilities for sector-specific challenges.
• Elevate Faculty’s industry profile through thought leadership, media engagement, and participation in industry forums.
• Ensure successful delivery of high-quality client work by guiding multidisciplinary teams through the complexities and pace of the sector.
• Manage a practice-within-a-practice, leading cross-functional teams of delivery experts, PhD-calibre engineers, and data scientists to reinforce Faculty’s reputation for technical and delivery excellence.

Requirements

• Possess a distinct vision for AI adoption in professional services and how agentic applications will reshape legal, accounting, finance, managed services, and other B2B models.
• Deep knowledge of the professional services landscape, gained either from within such a firm, a BPO organization, or as a consultant.
• Proven experience leading complex transformation programs involving organizational change and technology delivery in areas like IT managed services, Finance, HR operations, or legal services.
• Commercially driven, with a track record of shaping opportunities, winning work, and significant revenue responsibility.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of building trust with senior stakeholders and explaining complex AI technologies to non-technical audiences.
• A leadership mindset that balances executive-level strategy with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and maintaining high-quality standards.
