This immersive learning opportunity focuses on research, writing, community building, and project-specific operations within the crypto space. Responsibilities

This program offers two main streams:

Project Specific:

• Observe and get involved in specific projects Paperclip Partners is building or advising.
• Conduct research and writing, community management, and business development tasks.
• Join operations calls with founders, advisors, and investors.
• Engage in project-specific online communities.
• Propose and take ownership of specific operations within projects.

Paperclip Research:

• Learn to conduct qualitative and quantitative research on trending projects and protocols, structuring findings into reports.
• Stay updated with impactful news and Twitter trends.
• Contribute to Paperclip's Twitter, Medium, and internal knowledge bases by drafting posts and reports.
• Develop research frameworks for new and emerging areas of interest.
• Leverage social media to distribute research content, foster discussions, and grow an audience.

Requirements

Candidates should possess:

• High willingness to undertake any task, big or small, and see it through.
• High integrity and trustworthiness.
• Proactive initiative in unstructured situations and ability to execute on ideas.
• Desirable: Strong writing and storytelling skills.
• Beneficial (but not necessary): Prior experience in crypto, finance, tech, computer science, economics, actuarial studies, engineering, or other mathematical disciplines. A strong learning rate, hustle, and growth potential are prioritized over background in this nascent field.
