Crypto & Web3 Social Media Ghostwriter (X/Twitter)

We're a Miami-based media company that creates content across the crypto and Web3 space — podcasts, short-form video, and tweets. Our creators produce hours of original content every week. We are seeking a talented Ghostwriter to extract the best moments and ideas from that content and turn them into high-performing tweets.

Introduction

We are looking for a talented and experienced Ghostwriter to join our media company. This is a part-time contract role focused on transforming long-form crypto and Web3 content into high-performing tweets and threads for multiple creator accounts. If you live and breathe Crypto Twitter and excel at capturing diverse voices, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Ingest & Extract: Consume podcasts, interviews, and video content from our creators to identify engaging, shareable, and quotable moments.
• Write & Adapt: Craft tweets, threads, and quote-style posts that authentically reflect the unique voice and style of each creator.
• Content Production: Produce daily tweets (3–5 per account), weekly threads summarizing key takeaways, and reactive tweets on relevant crypto news.
• Engagement: Occasionally write replies and quote tweets in the creator's voice to foster community interaction.
• Voice Switching: Seamlessly switch between distinct creator voices, adapting to varying tones from punchy and opinionated to analytical.

Requirements

• Crypto Twitter Deep Dive: Profound understanding of Crypto Twitter culture, tone, memes, and industry-specific nuances.
• Voice Adaptation: Proven ability to ghostwrite in diverse voices, accurately mirroring individual styles.
• Strong Listening & Editorial Skills: Exceptional ability to consume long-form content, extract critical information, and identify what resonates on social media.
• Web3 & Crypto Fluency: Conversational understanding of DeFi, NFTs, market structure, and current industry narratives.
• Speed & Urgency: Ability to operate efficiently and produce timely content in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior Experience: Professional background in ghostwriting, social media writing, or a demonstrated history of building a significant presence on Crypto Twitter.

Nice to Have

• Experience ghostwriting for founders, creators, or executives on X/Twitter.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Typefully, Hypefury).
• Understanding of X/Twitter analytics, including drivers of impressions, engagement, and follower growth.
• Ability to clip or timestamp key moments from audio/video content.
