Windranger Labs is seeking a highly motivated and crypto-native individual to join the Mantle Squad Americas as a Part-Time Researcher & Content Creator. This role is crucial for expanding Mantle's presence and narrative within the North American crypto ecosystem. Responsibilities

1. Research & Analysis

• Conduct in-depth research on Mantle, its ecosystem partners, and broader industry trends.
• Analyze on-chain data, market trends, and community activity to generate actionable insights.
• Produce written content, reports, and visual materials based on research findings for social media and Mantle community channels.
• Support internal strategies, campaigns, and growth initiatives with research findings to inform decision-making.

2. Offline Engagement & Ecosystem Growth

• Attend Mantle offline events and meetups to engage with ecosystem partners and builders.
• Capture insights from engagements to inform strategy and content development.
• Support content initiatives aimed at growing the Mantle ecosystem in North America.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in research, data analysis, or content creation within crypto, Web3, or broader tech ecosystems.
• Active social presence on X (formerly Twitter) to share insights and engage with the community.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with on-chain data and market research tools.
• Proven experience translating complex research into digestible content.
• Comfortable attending offline events and engaging directly with ecosystem partners and builders.

Nice to Have

• Deep understanding of Layer 2 solutions and decentralized finance (DeFi).
• Existing network within the North American crypto community.
