Are you a driven recruitment professional with a passion for IT? Team Rockstars IT is seeking a Corporate Recruitment Business Partner (CRB) to be a driving force behind our growth. Responsibilities

As a Corporate Recruitment Business Partner, you will manage the entire recruitment process from A to Z. You will act as a strategic partner for both our business units and candidates, understanding client needs and translating them into effective recruitment strategies. Your proactive and creative approach will help build a pipeline of potential 'Rockstars' and ensure an unforgettable candidate journey.

• Collaborate closely with account managers and other CRBs to find suitable IT professionals for clients across various IT domains, including Data, AI, Software, Cloud, and Security.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates.
• Conduct salary negotiations.
• Participate in the onboarding process.
• Act as an ambassador for Team Rockstars IT, embodying our culture and values.

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced professional with a passion for recruitment and IT. You should be energetic, results-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills, capable of networking and building strong relationships.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the IT sector.
• Completed HBO or WO education (Bachelor's or Master's degree).
• Strong commercial skills and a proactive attitude.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search).
• Excellent command of both Dutch and English, written and verbal.
• A team player mentality combined with the ability to work independently.
• A healthy dose of humor and a positive attitude.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).

Nice to Have

• Experience with diverse IT domains such as Data, AI, Software, Cloud, and Security recruitment.
