Introduction

Sky Mavis, the creators of Axie Infinity and Ronin blockchain, is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join their legal department. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the future of Web3 gaming within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with core corporate functions: equity and cap table management, financing and due diligence tasks, outside counsel administration, and legal notice administration.
• Support corporate governance work streams, including entity registrations, licensing, legal notices, and board support.
• Maintain corporate books, minutes, and resolutions to ensure good standing.
• Prepare signature envelopes, track execution, and archive final agreements.
• Optimize department workflows and manage legal technology implementations.
• Learn and prepare mandatory filings for various jurisdictions.
• Conduct KYC and due diligence, including background checks and document verification for partners and transactions.
• Manage tasks in Jira, signatures in DocuSign, and equity in Carta.
• Provide general support to attorneys and legal department projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in a top law firm or a similar in-house legal environment.
• Must reside in Vietnam and be able to periodically travel to the company's global offices.
