Introduction

Are you a consultant eager to contribute to societal challenges within the Industry sector, where digitalization plays a crucial role in tackling complex issues like grid congestion? Sopra Steria is seeking (Senior) Consultants to apply their advisory skills to organizations critical for the Netherlands' infrastructure in the utility, logistics, and telecom domains. This role focuses on content, analysis, and collaboration, bridging policy, implementation, and digitalization to deliver effective improvements.

Responsibilities

• Work on projects and programs for utility, logistics, and telecom clients such as Tennet, Prorail, Gasunie, or KPN.
• Analyze issues at the intersection of organization, processes, and digitalization.
• Advise on improvements in collaboration, governance, and implementation.
• Support project and program management activities.
• Actively engage in stakeholder management.
• Contribute to digitalization and change initiatives.
• Assist with proposals, tenders, and quotes (depending on experience).
• Share knowledge and contribute to the professional development of our team.

Requirements

• An HBO (higher professional education) or university degree.
• 5 years of experience as a consultant within the Industry domain (specifically: utility, logistics, or telecom).
• Project or program experience with organizations in the aforementioned domain.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to clarify complex information.
• Affinity with technology and digitalization within the Industry domain.
• Proven experience with topics such as asset management, digital twin, and AI within the Industry domain.
• Experience with stakeholder management.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).

Nice to Have

• Experience with tenders, sourcing, or contract management.
• A network at organizations such as Tennet, Alliander, Enexis, Stedin, Prorail, NS, Schiphol, KPN, Vodafone, or similar organizations.
• Certifications such as PRINCE2, IPMA, Scrum, SAFe, BISL, Lean, or ITIL.
• Security awareness or knowledge of risk management.
• Experience with data models, dashboards, or data-driven work.

• A permanent contract with a salary between €4,500 and €5,500 gross per month (based on a 40-hour work week). Exact classification depends on your experience and level (Consultant or Senior Consultant).
