We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Community Moderator to join our team. In this role, you will be crucial in fostering a positive and engaging environment for our community members. Responsibilities

• Moderate discussions and maintain a positive, constructive, and inclusive community atmosphere.
• Enforce community guidelines and policies to ensure a safe and respectful environment.
• Engage with community members, answer questions, and provide support as needed.
• Identify and escalate critical issues, community feedback, and common user queries to the relevant internal teams.
• Assist in organizing and promoting community events, AMAs, and contests.
• Monitor community trends, sentiment, and feedback to provide insights for improvement.
• Support content creation and communication efforts within the community channels.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Community Moderator or similar role in the blockchain/crypto space.
• Strong understanding of community platforms, particularly Discord.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Proactive, responsible, and a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized applications.

Nice to Have

• Experience with other community platforms (e.g., Telegram, Reddit, Twitter).
• Basic understanding of developer relations or technical support.
• Experience managing communities for specific blockchain protocols or meme coins.
