Responsibilities

• Manage and organize online and offline Binance communities and meet-ups across the MENA region, with a focus on UAE and MENA markets.
• Engage with community members on various social media channels and create content to build and maintain relationships.
• Assist with Binance Angels recruitment and relationship management.
• Promote the Binance brand and deliver excellent customer service to community members.
• Create, translate, and proofread community-related content for Binance, focusing on Arabic, English, and French-speaking markets.
• Explore new community-friendly platforms to expand the local user base and awareness.
• Assist in moderating regional Binance social media platforms and chat groups, interacting with the community to increase positive engagement.
• Share market and user feedback and suggestions with relevant functional teams.

Requirements

• Crypto and Binance enthusiast with experience using Binance's products and services (e.g., Spot, Margin, Futures, P2P, Binance NFT).
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency/blockchain-related terminologies and trends, with a keen interest in crypto culture (Blockchain, Wallets, DeFi, Web3, NFT).
• Relevant experience creating and curating content for social media platforms.
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, and Discord for community engagement and relationship building.
• Experience establishing KPIs, delivering, reporting, and empowering others to achieve targets.
• Execution-oriented mindset, demonstrating humility, drive, and scrappiness to get things done.
• Proven community or event management experience with strong ownership and emotional intelligence.
• Experience launching community initiatives (e.g., building online forums, starting an ambassador program, creating event series, writing email newsletters).
• Ability to work flexible and stretched hours to frequently interact with the crypto community.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
