Community Manager & Marketing Specialist (Web3)

Introduction

SPCFIN is seeking a dynamic Community Manager & Marketing Specialist to be the voice and ears of our thriving Web3 ecosystem. Working closely with the founding and marketing team, you will be instrumental in growing our global communities, crafting compelling content, and executing impactful campaigns. This is a fully remote role with flexible hours, offering a unique opportunity to shape the brand voice of a real-utility token in the rapidly expanding Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) space.

Responsibilities

Community Growth & Engagement

• Build and maintain a strong presence across Telegram, Discord, X (formerly Twitter), and other relevant crypto-native channels.
• Drive authentic engagement with holders, traders, developers, and ecosystem partners.
• Moderate discussions, maintain a positive and civil environment, and ensure brand consistency.
• Translate product updates and complex technical concepts into clear, accessible messaging for the community.
• Plan and execute AMAs, contests, online events, and other ecosystem activation initiatives.

Content & Marketing

• Write engaging, crypto-native content for social media, announcements, campaigns, and newsletters.
• Transform intricate concepts (e.g., burn mechanics, on-chain utility, tokenomics) into shareable, easy-to-understand posts.
• Produce creative assets including memes, threads, explainers, and campaign visuals that align with the brand voice.
• Support growth marketing efforts and user acquisition experiments.

Brand & Strategy

• Define and protect SPCFIN's brand voice across all channels.
• Monitor trends and signals across Web3, crypto, AI, and fintech, providing relevant insights to the team.
• Integrate community feedback into the product roadmap and strategic planning.
• Track engagement and content metrics to continuously optimize marketing and community initiatives.

Requirements

• Deep and current understanding of crypto, Web3, DeFi, and online community culture.
• Proven track record in managing or growing crypto communities on platforms like Telegram, Discord, and X.
• Excellent written English skills – clear, human, and adaptable to various crypto-native communication styles.
• Self-starter with the ability to independently drive initiatives and deliver results.
• Hands-on familiarity with crypto marketing playbooks, social growth strategies, and community engagement tactics.

Nice to Have

• Experience with the Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) industry.
• Familiarity with Southeast Asian markets.
