Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing infrastructure and design suitable cloud solutions.
• Automate tasks for maintaining the current environment.
• Develop strategic plans for integrating local data centers with public/private cloud platforms.
• Maintain and optimize cloud-based systems.
• Collaborate closely with various IT specialists and teams to ensure the cloud infrastructure meets the requirements of both the organization and its clients.

Requirements

• HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level.
• Experience in migrating Microsoft on-premise environments to the cloud.
• Experience with automation.
• Experience with scripting in PowerShell.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).

As a Cloud Specialist, you will join the System/Network Management team, consisting of 8 colleagues, each with their own expertise. The organization is currently undergoing a significant automation and digitalization transformation, with a key focus on migrating from an on-premise environment to a cloud environment. In this role, you will be the organization's knowledge expert in this area, driving this migration. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, evaluate the current infrastructure, and design appropriate cloud solutions.
