Introduction

As a Cloud Native Developer focusing on Microsoft technologies, you will play a key role in designing, building, and optimizing modern cloud solutions within Azure. You will work on scalable, secure, and future-proof applications built according to cloud-native principles. This role involves active use of AI tooling and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams to deliver significant value to clients.

Responsibilities

• Actively use AI tooling (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex) in daily work.
• Continuously seek ways to accelerate or replace steps in the SDLC with AI.
• Develop cloud-native applications in Azure.
• Apply CI/CD, IaC, and GitOps practices.
• Work with container platforms like Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Build integrations with Azure services such as Functions, APIM, Service Bus, and Storage.
• Ensure code quality, security, and automation.
• Foster innovation within development teams and with clients.

Requirements

• Completed HBO (higher professional education) in IT or equivalent.
• Proficiency in C# (.NET 8+).
• Experience with Azure Functions / Web Apps / Container Apps.
• Knowledge of API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid, Storage Queues.
• Understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with Docker.
• Familiarity with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Proficient in Helm, Kustomize, or GitOps tools like ArgoCD.
• Experience with Bicep / ARM / Terraform.
• Skilled in Azure DevOps pipelines or GitHub Actions.
• Proficient with Git (GitHub / GitLab / Azure DevOps Repos).
• Experience with Application Insights, Log Analytics.
• Knowledge of Security-by-design, dependency scanning, and code quality tools.
• Experience with DevOps / DevSecOps practices.
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
