Responsibilities

• Design and standardize Cloud and Modern Work architectures.
• Develop reusable reference architectures, SOPs, and standards.
• Advise clients on how IT supports their business objectives.
• Contribute to solution designs, roadmaps, and presales processes.
• Automate processes using tools such as Rewst, Intune, and Autotask.
• Be responsible for security and compliance, focusing on Zero Trust principles, managing the Microsoft Defender suite, optimizing the secure score, logging, and monitoring.
• Integrate Azure environments with client networks (vNETs, VPN, firewalls).
• Transfer knowledge to project, operations, and engineering teams.
• Solve complex 3rd-line issues at an architectural and design level.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience with Microsoft Cloud in an MSP context.
• Knowledge of Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, and Microsoft 365.
• Network knowledge (routing, VPN, firewalls, segmentation).
• Experience with IaC and automation (Bicep or Terraform, PowerShell, CI/CD insight).
• Ability to write HLD/LLDs, runbooks, and architectural documentation.
• Strong communication skills with both clients and colleagues.
• Relevant certifications such as AZ-305, AZ-104, SC-200/300, or MS-102.
• Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop, KQL, FinOps, or Entra ID B2B/B2C.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
