About the Position

Responsibilities

Management and optimization of Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (VDA), Netscaler, StoreFront, and multi-factor authentication.
Support the migration of AVDs from Windows 10 to Windows 11, including tools like Nerdio and CI/CD pipelines.
Research and implement alternative applications outside of Citrix.
Improve the AVD environment within Microsoft Azure.
Resolve incidents and handle requests via Topdesk.

You will work in the office at least one day a week; the remaining days can be worked from home.

Requirements

Experience with Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (VDA) and Netscaler.
Experience with Ivanti Workspace Manager and Automation Manager.
Experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
Affinity with tools such as Nerdio for migrations.
Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).

Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

The IT department supports various departments and plays a central role in digital transformation. The environment is characterized by an open culture where innovation, collaboration, and results-orientation are central. The current Citrix environment, running on Windows Server 2022, is being phased out. Your contribution to its management and research into alternatives plays a key role. Simultaneously, you will help optimize AVDs in Microsoft Azure, which are already used daily by approximately 500 users.
