About the Position

Introduction

Alemx is seeking a pioneering Chief Technology Officer (CTO) & Co-Founder to redefine social media and fintech. This role involves leading the technology strategy for an all-in-one platform that integrates trading, payments, and Web3 wallets, utilizing a revolutionary Proof-of-Attention (PoA) protocol and the native $Alem token.

Responsibilities

Strategic Vision & Product Leadership
- Collaborate with the founding team to shape Alemx’s technology strategy and set a clear, innovative product vision that prioritizes functional and user-focused value.
- Develop and oversee a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with Alemx’s mission, emphasizing meaningful engagement over financial motives.
Technology Development & Architecture
- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of Alemx’s platform, ensuring the system’s scalability, reliability, and security in a fast-paced crypto environment.
- Spearhead the implementation of the Proof-of-Attention protocol, Web3 integrations, and $Alem token ecosystem on the Binance Smart Chain.
Blockchain & Fintech Expertise
- Drive innovation in blockchain applications, token utility, and crypto payment solutions, leveraging extensive experience in both blockchain technologies and payment systems.
- Lead projects involving crypto wallets, decentralized finance, cross-border payments, and digital assets, focusing on high user engagement and value delivery.
Team Development & Leadership
- Build and manage a world-class engineering team, inspiring technical excellence and fostering a collaborative, agile environment.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning, ensuring the team is up-to-date on advancements in crypto, Web3, and fintech, while encouraging contributions to Alemx’s growth.
Stakeholder & Community Collaboration
- Engage with influencers, community members, and strategic partners to optimize the platform experience and maintain alignment with user needs and ecosystem development.
- Represent Alemx at industry events and in thought leadership roles, advocating for our platform’s vision and technological innovations.

Requirements

Experience & Expertise
- Proven track record as CTO or senior tech leader in top-tier crypto projects, fintech platforms, or blockchain ecosystems.
- Strong expertise in blockchain technology (ideally Binance Smart Chain, smart contracts, decentralized protocols) and payment technologies.
Visionary with a User-Centric Focus
- Strategic thinker able to align tech innovations with user-centered values and long-term product vision.
- Deep understanding of the crypto landscape with a commitment to delivering user empowerment and engagement.
Technical Proficiency
- Proficiency in backend and blockchain technologies, including Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Solidity, Web3 frameworks, and REST APIs.
- Familiarity with cross-chain solutions, token integration, and secure transaction protocols.
Team and Product Leadership
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to guiding tech teams.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging stakeholders, from engineers to non-technical teams.
